Our History


Sanky Communications was founded in 1977 by Sanky Perlowin, a leading national fundraiser and direct mail expert who used her wonderful talents to serve many worthy causes. Sanky served as President of the company until her death in 1984. After Sanky’s premature passing, the agency was reorganized by four principals who had worked closely under her. Today, the company is owned by two of those individuals, Judith Maneval, President, and Harry Lynch, Chief Executive Officer, and draws strength from its talented staff and many extraordinary, long-term clients.

In its 25 year history, Sanky Communications has crafted successful direct marketing campaigns for over 100 diverse nonprofit organizations.

In 1998, the agency launched SankyNet - tapping the expertise of designers, programmers, and marketing and information specialists with years of Internet experience - to complement our offline direct marketing services with a wide array of online communications and fundraising offerings.
